Registration

I registered, now what? You are all set!! After registration you will not receive further correspondence. If you would like, print out the email from Paypal and bring it with you to the ride.

How do I know if I am in the 1st 250 registered? When you get your rider bag on the ride day you will know what number you are. First 250 get a t-shirt and ride pin. First 1000 get a ride pin.

If I am not in the 1st 250 can I buy a ride t-shirt? Yes! We will have shirts for sale.

What if I have a change in my registration? Email firefightercharities@yahoo.com with any changes.

Can I register the day of? Yes! You can register the day of the ride. $5 more per registration that day so register early! There will be two tables – preregistered and registered when you arrive on Saturday, April 9th.

Where is registration and the start of the ride? Superstition Harley Davidson, 2910 Apache Trail, Apache Junction, AZ 85120.

What time is registration that day? 8am-10am is registration, April 9th.

Route/Ride

Is this an escorted ride? No. Each person will get a trifold with the stops and directions. Go at your own pace. Times each stop will be open will be listed on the trifold.

When can we leave Superstition Harley Davidson? First card draw is at 8:30am. Once you pick your first card you can head on out.

Do I need to visit each stop? If you would like to be in the running for high or low hand you must visit each location and pick a card at each stop.

Is there food included? Breakfast will be served at Superstition Harley Davidson. This breakfast is cooked by local firefighters for you to enjoy. Each subsequent stop will have food and drinks for purchase. Most stops will donate a portion of the proceeds back to East Valley Firefighter Charities.

Where do I pick my card at each stop? There will be a table at each stop with your local firefighters to assist and mark you rider card. The table at Superstition Harley Davidson will be inside the store and the table at AZ Bike Week will be at the LAW TIGERS booth.
